Scrub for your body


To have a smooth radiant skin peels need done every 15 days if you do it too often could damage your skin. It is recommended to use creams scrubs with no chemicals and
are as natural as possible.

As some may be wasteful, prepare some homemade scrubs all body, these may provide great benefits to your skin.

-For your face: Mix ¼ cup sugar, half olive oil and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply on your face in circular motions and rinse with water cold after 5 minutes. Eye: Do it at

-For the Body: Mix ¼ cup crushed almonds or walnuts with ¼ cup of plain yogurt. Apply all over your body and rinse with warm water after 10-15 minutes.

- For your feet: Mix ½ cup brown sugar with a tablespoon of glycerin. Apply with a gentle massage on your feet feel very tired if added to the mix some aloe vera to refresh.
Rinse with warm water.

After the exfoliation, you should use a moisturizer.
