Enjoy your life



Los alimentos son una bendicion de dios y de madre naturaleza, cada alimento, verduras, frutas, carnes, grasa natural y azucar es necesario para nuestro organismo, no existe una dieta ideal ni cuerpo ideal, lo ideal es mantener una buena alimentacion para el equilibrio de un bienestar de nuestro cuerpo que dure anos (sin debilitarse o malograrse nuestro cuerpo). Disfruta de la vida, de lo que la natura nos brinda y deleitate con una deliciosa y nutritiva comida pero recuerda que el exceso es negativo, comer con limite y sin abundancia, no es malo
Yo peso entre 52 y 53 kg, yo no hago una dieta especial o regimen deportivo especial, pero mantengo mi equilibrio de alimentos, bienestar y ejercicios diarios,
En la semana yo vario mis comidas con cocina al vapor, guisos, sopas, arroz blanco sin sal, fideos, ensaladas, carnes y pescados, legumbres, Los fines de semana, me deleito con una buena hamburguesa con papas y milkshake o helado (que sera mi almuerzo completo) y en la cena sera una ensalada o arroz blanco con verduras,
ensaladas condimentadas con jugo de limon, sal y pimienta, bebo agua (no bebo bebidas dulces o gaseosas) solo los fines de semana, es decir mantengo mi equilibrio
me gusta caminar, hacer mis aerobicos en casa y despues de comer? me levanto de la mesa para lavar los platos y moverme un poco, el cuerpo necesita de alimentos y de movientos de ejercicios, nunca comas y vayas al sillon a recostarte! 
Recuerda nada en exceso y disfruta de tu vida !!






Food is a blessing of God and our Mother Nature, each food, vegetables, fruits, meats, some fat and sugar is needed for our health body, there is no ideal or perfect body or special diet, the one thing what you need to know is to maintain a good health & balance in your body. Enjoy your life, eat good & do body excersise for being in good way, the nature gives us delight food with nutritious meal but you remember that the excess is so negative in anyway, eating with limit, is not bad.
I weigh between 52 and 53 kg, I don't follow a special diet or special sports regime but keep my balance food, wellness and daily exercises in my home. In the week I vary my meals with steamed, casseroles, soups, unsalted white rice, noodles, salads, meat and fish, vegetables. On weekends I delight with a lovely hamburger with fries and milkshake or ice cream (which will be my lunch/dinner) yeah for dinner will be a nice salad or white rice with vegetables or soup. The salad I seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper, sometimes I use yofurgt. I drink water (I don't drink sugary drinks or sodas on the week) only on weekends, ie I keep my balance. I love walking and do running, aerobics in my house and after eating? I get up from the table to wash the dishes and move a little, 
the body needs food and work in some exercises, never eat and go to sit on couch to sleep, is not good for our health. Remember anything in excess is bad.
