Tiempo de relax



Take a moment to relax, sit and prepare the hot drink you most like, looking for a book or magazine to read, put relaxing music around you, breathe deeply and have these endless minutes because even if it's only 20 ' must be as harmonious for lighting to your soul.
Our body needs time to relax, to walk in harmony in this grey world. 
Do not be discouraged, do not lose hope, no anguish, 
everything has its time and space


Tomate un momento de relax, sientate y preparate la bebida que mas te agrada, busca un libro o una revista para leer, pon musica relajante, respira hondo y has de estos minutos interminables, por que aun sean solo 20' deberan ser tan armoniosos para dar iluminacion a tu alma.
Nuestro cuerpo necesita de momentos de relax, para poder caminar en armonia en este mundo gris. No desalentarte, no perder las esperanzas, no angustiarte,
todo tiene su momento y su espacio
